– SINGLES MATCH –
“THE SCIENCE” MARCUS SMITH DEF. ZERO 2 VIA PIN FALL

Seeming to care more about bringing his brand of “comedy” to the Premier Studio, Marcus Smith let his guard down and found himself on the receiving end of offense from Zero 2 for most of the matchup. However, Marcus was all too comfortable with stepping outside the rule book and, thanks to a few underhanded tactics unseen by the referee, he managed to regain the advantage and eventually put away Zero 2.

“THE SCIENCE” MARCUS SMITH DEF. ZERO 3 VIA PIN FALL

Feeling confident after his victory, Marcus decided he wasn’t done for the evening and called out anyone in the locker room to meet him in the ring. Answering the call was Zero 3, seeking to avenge Zero 2’s loss just moments prior. Using Marcus’s weakened state to an advantage, Zero 3 attempted to wear down his opponent with a variety of submission maneuvers. Marcus, apparently, had more fuel in the tank, however, and it appeared as though Zero 3 underestimated the completion as Marcus hit Zero 3 with a devastating swinging neck breaker, bring two victories in one night. It’s a practical guarantee that he will not let the Premier Planet forget it.

– SINGLES MATCH –
“THE WORLD EXCLUSIVE” MATT VINE DEF. “IRISH” ANDY ANDERSON VIA DISQUALIFICATION

After he and Chase Gosling interfered in the main event one week ago, Matt Vine was forced to face the music in the ring while Chase received a week-long suspension, meaning he would be barred from the Premier Studio and wouldn’t be able to stick his nose where it didn’t belong. Vine, on the other hand, received what some might consider a worse penalty because he was given the unenviable task of competing not once, but twice in the same evening. His first opponent would be his longtime rival and PPW’s resident “guard dog,” Andy Anderson. Having been in the ring together many times before, momentum shifted between the two on numerous occasions and the action wouldn’t stay confined to the ring as the two seemed to brawl as much outside the ring as in it. The match took an unexpected turn when, aiming for Vine, Andy inadvertently hit the referee with a clothesline, leading to the referee grant Vine the victory via disqualification.

– SINGLES MATCH –
“THE WORLD EXCLUSIVE” MATT VINE DEF. “THE URBAN REBELLION” CUTTA CROSBY VIA PIN FALL

Not without a heart, Premier officials were prepared to reward Matt Vine should he overcome both of his opponents by offering him the spot as new number one contender for the PPW World Heavyweight Championship! With a title shot on the line and having just defeated his longtime rival, Andy Anderson, Vine rolled into his second match exhausted but brimming with confidence. His opponent would prove to be quite an obstacle, however, because Vine now stepped in against “The Urban Rebellion” Cutta Crosby. A fresh Cutta put a clinic on Vine, but with a chance to become champion hanging in the balance, Vine brought everything to the dance. Despite several flurries off vicious offense from Cutta, Vine was able to retain just enough steam to seal the deal with what appeared to be some sort of object produced from his trunks which he used to knock Cutta out, unseen to the referee, and “The World Exclusive,” some might say, stole the win, making him the new number one contender for the title which he will he will compete for at our next taping.

– SINGLES MATCH –
LA MAGIA MASCARA DEF. THE EXECUTIONER VIA PIN FALL

It was size versus agility when the 300+lb Executioner took on the smaller but quicker La Magia Mascara. Despite giving up over 100 lbs to the Executioner, “The Magic Mask,” as his name translates in English, pulled, to use a cheesy pun, a rabbit out of the hat and put the big man down for the 1, 2, 3.

– PPW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH –
“THE HUMAN VIDEO GAME” SCOTT COLTON (C) DEF. INIESTRA VIA PIN FALL

After having their title bout spoiled by Chase Gosling and Matt Vine last week, a rematch was scheduled between best friends and tag team partners Iniestra and PPW World Champion, Scott Colton. In a contest that was nothing short of breathtaking, “ya boys” battled it out tooth and nail to be the man to wear the gold. Near fall after near fall dominated the matchup with both competitors coming within fractions of a second of scoring the win, but in the end it was the champ who put his opponent down long enough for the referee to count to three and Scott Colton remains your PPW World Heavyweight Champion.

Iniestra was not left in the cold though. For putting on such an impressive display against Colton, Iniestra has been rewarded by Premier CEO Randy Ricci and he will face the returning Chase Gosling in a number one contenders match.
