– FLAG MATCH –
“U.S.A.” ULYSSES S. ADAMS DEF. ZERO 1 VIA PIN FALL

National pride was on the line in the Premier Studio as “U.S.A.” Ulysses S. Adams defended Old Glory against the Rising Sun of Zero 1. Zero 1 pulled out all the stops to defend his honor and that of his native Japan, but knowing what was at stake, Adams pushed back twice as hard and covered Zero 1 for the pin, earning him the right to wave the Stars & Stripes proudly in the middle of the ring while Zero 1 was forced to look on in shame.

– SINGLES MATCH –
“THE HUMAN VIDEO GAME” SCOTT COLTON DEF. “TEXAS” PETE VIA PIN FALL

After declaring his intentions to pursue the PPW World Heavyweight Championship a few weeks ago, a new intensity has seemingly taken over “Texas” Pete and he set out to make a loud statement by defeating former champ, Scott Colton, and for a time it seemed as though he might be successful, appearing to cut Colton off at every turn, but one small miscalculation allowed Colton to regain the advantage and he squashed Pete’s hopes of victory with a 450 splash from the top rope.

– NUMBER ONE CONTENDERS MATCH –
RONNY METRO DEF. INIESTRA VIA PIN FALL

With no love lost between them, bitter rivals Ronny Metro and Iniestra locked up in the ring with an opportunity at the World Title on the line. Iniestra’s heart and soul were on full display as he attempted to jump back to the front of the line while simultaneously trying to prove himself a better man than Ronny who has made a career of putting people on the shelf in PPW, but it proved to not be Iniestra’s night as Ronny seized on an opening and rolled Iniestra up for the three count, becoming number one contender for the gold while a visibly distressed Iniestra made his way to the back to the sound of kudos from the Premier Planet on a hard fought battle.

– SINGLES MATCH –
ZERO 2 DEF. EL LOBO VIA PIN FALL

Martial artist met luchador when Zero 2 squared off against “The Wolf of Monterrey” El Lobo in an interesting clash of styles. The larger of the two, El Lobo controlled the majority of the match, but during a pin attempt by Zero 2, Zero put his feet on the ropes for additional leverage, unseen by the referee which allowed Zero 2 to pick up the win via pin fall. However, Premier CEO Randy Ricci came to ringside to announce that next week the two will meet again in a rematch.

– PPW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH –
“THE WORLD EXCLUSIVE” MATT VINE (C) DEF. “THE FIVE TOOL PLAYER” CHASE GOSLING VIA PIN FALL

A four year journey finally yielded a harvest for Matt Vine when he won the PPW World Heavyweight Championship at PPW #111. The new champ would receive no rest, however, as the former champion, Chase Gosling, invoked his rematch clause at PPW #112. Convinced that external forces were at work the week prior, Gosling was determined to not be upstaged again and to become a two time World Champion, but Vine vowed from the onset to be a fighting champion not just for his sake, but for the sake of “his people,” the Premier Planet. No longer having the champion’s advantage, Gosling brought an intense offense to the match, but it seemed as though each time Gosling would gain a foot of ground, Vine was right there to take it back and the two traded the advantage on what seemed like countless occasions until Vine caught Gosling off guard and was able to roll him up long enough for the ref to count to three. In a fury, Gosling attacked Vine in an attempt to spoil the celebration before retreating to the back, but not even that could break Vine’s spirit and, after regaining his composure, the champ celebrated a successful freshman title defense with the Premier Planet.
