SINGLES MATCH
NOT BAD CHAD DEF. ZERO 2 BY WAY OF SUBMISSION

In an impressive victory in the night’s opening contest, Not Bad Chad showcased his ever-increasing talents honed in the Premier Academy and under the tutelage of “Irish” Andy Anderson as he made Zero 2 tap out to a half crab submission. After the match, in customary fashion, Chad joined the Premier Planet for a celebratory dance party in and out of the ring.

SINGLES MATCH
SKYE BLUE DEF. “CONNEST” CONNOR CORR BY WAY OF PIN FALL

After claiming the Skye Blue’s victory at #PPW219 was tainted, Connor Corr was granted a one-on-one match against Skye at #PPW220. However, Connor received more than he bargained for, because refereeing the match was a young man who has been honing his skills as a recent addition to the Premier Academy, Bryce Akers, who called the match down the middle until Connor let his emotions get the better of him and, after one too many times of Connor getting in his face, Bryce finally reached his breaking point and shoved Connor backwards right into Skye’s waiting hands at which point she rolled Connor up and, utilizing a back bridge to put the full weight of her body across Connor’s legs, pinned him and took away the vengeance he was after. After the match, however, Connor went on a verbal tirade against Skye and Bryce. Hearing this, Premier COO Randy Ricci announced that, later in the evening, Connor would team with a partner of his choosing to take on the team of Skye Blue and Bryce Akers.

PPW WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
“EL MERO MERO” INIESTRA & SEM SEI (C) DEF. JOSE ACOSTA & ANAKIN BY WAY OF PIN FALL TO RETAIN

Seeking their first taste of gold in PPW, Jose Acosta and Anakin were also looking for an added payoff by defeating their bitter rivals, the newly crowned PPW World Tag Team Champions, Iniestra and Sem Sei. In a confrontation that lasted three quarters of an hour, Anakin and Jose came so close several times to dethroning the new champions, but a double pin in the end resulted in a moment of confusion for the challengers, leading them to believe they had won, but it was revealed that, because Sem Sei had been the legal man in the match and had covered Jose at the same time Anakin was covering Iniestra, the Tag Team Champions had retained their titles. However, due to the the way the match had ended, it was then announced that a rematch will take place this coming Saturday at #PPW221, only this time the titles will be on the line in a 2-out-of-3 falls match.

TAG TEAM MATCH
“CONNEST” CONNOR CORR & ZERO 3 DEF. SKYE BLUE & BRYCE AKERS BY WAY OF PIN FALL

Seeking revenge for his lose to Skye Blue earlier in the evening, Connor Corr brought Zero 3 into the fight as his partner to even the odds against Skye and her partner, PPW newcomer Bryce Akers. Despite having never teamed together prior to this match, Skye and Bryce gelled instantly as a tandem and took the fight to Connor and Zero 3, but as Bryce ascended the top rope for an offensive arial maneuver, the referee was distracted and that was when another Zero, believed to be Zero 4, pushed Bryce off of the top rope which allowed the opposition to capitalize and pick up the pin, gaining Connor’s Camp yet another notch in their tainted victory column, but Skye and Bryce have been granted a rematch this Saturday at #PPW221.

PPW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
“THE WORLD EXCLUSIVE” MATT VINE DEF. “THE HUNK WITH THE TREE TRUNKS” CHASE GOSLING (C) BY WAY OF DISQUALIFICATION

It was then main event time and, after the savage betrayal of Matt Vine which cost them both the PPW World Tag Team Championships the week prior, the issues between he and former partner, the PPW World Heavyweight Champion, Chase Gosling, had now gone from being about business to being a bitter and personal rivalry. With a new attitude, Matt was no longer concerned with playing fair and trying to be a role model for the Premier Planet, but Chase, believing that his third eye had been reopened by the cosmos, showed a vicious side not often seen in PPW, no longer caring about the well-being of his former partner and friend. As the match wore on, Matt found himself in a position where Chase was firmly poised to end the match and earn a double victory by defeating Matt and retaining the championship in the process, but as Chase set Matt up for a running knee strike in the corner, Matt grabbed the referee and pulled him into Chase’s path, causing Chase to hit the referee instead of Matt. Because of this, Chase was disqualified, meaning he would retain the championship, but he was robbed of the opportunity to prove that he was, in fact, the better man between the two. Wanting to reclaim his pride, Chase threw out a challenge to Matt for a rematch at #PPW221 which means the two will clash again this Saturday night in Woodstock!
